Hunting-Styx (10.5/20), Tsun (10.5/20), Awi

Archer started out early that morning, scurrying to get Awi up and moving before he headed out for his friend's land. Awi had started out the morning with a wide yawn in Archer's face-showing off his long glittering teeth before getting sluggishly to his feet. While he was slow to get up and get moving, once he started, Archer knew that he wouldn't be able to stop. He had been called the other day to take Tsun and Styx out for a hunt, and Archer had happily agreed. Archer gave Awi a quick brushing before putting a thin blanket on Awi's back-not intending to travel far today. He had seen a few new foxholes on his land that he wanted to check, and had been meaning to take a few tokotas out on a hunt. Archer swung himself up onto Awi's back, and gave the tokota a nudge with his heels. Awi loped off and they made good time heading over to his friend's land to pick up Tsun and Styx. He found them out in the front with Tsun sticking close to Styx. Archer hadn't worked with a blind tokota before, but it seemed that Tsun responded well to Styx's guidance-reacting to the other tokota as Styx guided Tsun over to Awi. They set off slowly back to Archer's land, Styx guiding Tsun with his shoulder or tail as they padded along slowly. Tsun moved uncertainly at first, but eventually picked up speed as he became more confident with Styx's guidance. Archer struggled with holding Awi back, as the young tokota moved excitedly beneath him as they padded through the forest. Awi wanted to run through the forest, but Archer held him in check with a few words. Archer didn't want to leave Styx and Tsun behind, though he figured they would be fine if Awi went running off. It was midday when the group reached the new foxholes, and Archer slid off of Awi. The tokota pranced in place, eager to explore the new sounds and scents that were around him. Archer slowly approached Tsun, making sure the blind tokota knew that he was there and that he was getting closer. He held out a hand close to the tokota's muzzle and waited as Tsun gave him a few sniffs before extending his hand and petting his head. After making sure Tsun was settled, Archer walked over to Awi and removed the blanket over his back and sent Awi and Styx off into the woods with a few words. It wasn't long before he heard the two tokotas crashing through the bush as they ran. Archer stayed with Tsun until the other two tokotas returned, talking to him and telling him a story about the previous day in an attempt to keep the tokota relaxed as the other two ran through the brush. A few minutes later, Styx and Awi padded out of the forest, carrying a fox that they had caught. Awi dropped it next to Tsun, nosing it towards the other tokota as he dipped his head to sniff the dead animal. Archer watched Tsun carefully, making sure he wasn't going to eat the fox as Awi bounded back into the forest with Styx at his heels. They spent the afternoon looking for foxes while Archer waited with Tsun. As the day drew to an end, Archer called Awi from the forest. The two hunting tokotas padded from the trees, and Archer put the blanket back on Awi's back, swinging himself up. He looked over to Styx and Tsun to see that Tsun had picked up one of the foxes in his mouth. They padded back towards Styx's and Tsun's home, somewhat tired from the afternoon hunt.
